Powering Production Responsibly
Solar-Powered Factory
Our production is powered by one of the largest roof-mounted solar installations in our sector. On sunny days, our workshop operates entirely on solar energy, with any surplus power exported back to the UK national grid. With 620+ high-efficiency solar panels generating up to 280 kW of clean energy per hour, we’re actively reducing our reliance on fossil fuels.

Transport emissions remain a significant contributor to carbon output, which is why we’ve invested in on-site EV charging infrastructure.

Biomass Boiler Heating System

Since 2020, we’ve heated our entire facility using a closed-loop biomass system designed for efficiency and sustainability.
- Our timber offcuts are repurposed as fuel, ensuring zero waste to landfill.
- The system is fully self-sufficient, removing the need for gas or oil.
